CCYM is an official conference body that is established by The Book of Discipline in order to strengthen youth ministries across the conference and to encourage the involvement of young people in the life of the Rocky Mountain Conference. They come together throughout the year to set programmatic goals for youth in the conference and to plan conference-wide youth events.
CCYM is comprised of youth representatives from each of the districts and sub-districts that make up the Rocky Mountain Conference. Potential CCYM members and are voted in to office each year at the January Youth Leadership Conference, and they serve for a full calendar year. Adult co-sponsors serve as advisers for a two-year term. If you are interested in participating in CCYM in any capacity, please email email@example.com or fill out a CCYM application.

Join Rocky Mountain Conference Young People’s Ministries for the Youth Leadership Conference (YLC), our annual conference-wide event for youth in the RMC, from Jan. 26-28 at First United Methodist Church of Pueblo, Colorado. It will begin at 7 p.m. Jan. 26 and will end at noon Jan. 28.
The Conference Council on Youth Ministry has decided to follow the bishop’s call to live into Beloved Community with "Building Up the House of God" as the theme for this year’s event, with a specific focus on how young leaders can help their communities provide belonging and meaning in the midst of turbulent times. We will also offer a variety of workshops with practical knowledge and skills that our young people can employ in their local congregations and communities.
The regular registration runs until 1/7/18 and costs $50. Late registration is $65 beginning on 1/8/18 and running until 1/22/18.
