Leaders for new faith communities come from all sorts of backgrounds and at all stages of life. The assessment process is designed to identify a person’s strengths and opportunities for growth. To be assessed please follow the following steps.

After all your information has been received you will be contacted to schedule a 45 minute video conference interview with the assessment team.
Once all the above is completed you and your District Superintendent (if applicable) will receive a two page assessment report that will outline where the team decerns the candidate has the most potential for success.
