Missionary Katherine Parker to visit Rocky Mountain Conference

Katherine Parker, a missionary with The United Methodist Church currently serving in Nepal, will be visiting the Rocky Mountain Conference from April 4 to 10. Her first stop will be at Broomfield United Methodist Church in Broomfield, Colorado, at 6:30 p.m. April 5, where she will share her personal experience during and after last year's Nepal earthquake.

Parker began serving in 2013 as part of the Health Team of the United Mission to Nepal, focusing on water, sanitation, and hygiene. She previously did similar work with the Community Health and Agricultural Development program of the Methodist Mission in Cambodia.
