MOZART ADEVU

 Mozart M. K. Adevu is a United Methodist missionary with the General Board of Global Ministries serving as the Africa regional coordinator for the Sustainable Agriculture and Development Program for the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR). He is based in Accra, Ghana, West Africa.

KEN CRUZ

Serving with the Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church, Kennedy (Ken) Cruz is in mission in Cambodia with the Community Health and Agriculture Development (CHAD) Program working as a Community Development Specialist. Mr. Cruz has served in that position since October 2007.

Mr. Cruz and his family have lived in Cambodia and Laos for many years, and his work focuses on community development and organization as well as program consulting. Much of his work has been among the poor in organization of holistic community development and resource generation.

GORDON GRANER

Gordon Graner is a missionary with the General Board of Global Ministries of The United Methodist Church working in the area of church development with the Iglesia Evangélica Dominicana (Evangelical Church in the Dominican Republic). This assignment became effective in early April 2013.

KUTELA KATEMBO

Kutela Katembo is serving as agriculturist at Quessua Mission in the East Angola Annual Conference. He was commissioned at the 2015 Yellowstone Annual Conference.

NAN MCCURDY AND MIGUEL MAIRENA

Nan McCurdy and husband, Miguel Mairena, are serving as Mission Advocates for the Western Jurisdiction of The United Methodist Church.

Mission Advocates are active missionaries assigned to help annual conferences, districts, and local churches in the United States to understand and participate in global mission. Their work has a particular focus on mission personnel, including support of missionaries through the Advance.

They are members of the Baltimore-Washington Annual Conference.

DR. EMMANUEL AND FLORENCE MEFOR

Dr. Emmanuel Ufonna Mefor, a medical doctor, is currently assigned to Mutambara, Zimbabwe. His wife, Florence O. Mefor, is also a GBGM missionary serving in Mutambara.

The Rocky Mountain Conference churches in covenant with the Mefors are North Park Community Church, Hotchkiss Methodist Community Church, Debeque Community UMC, Grand Valley UMC, First UMC Loveland, and Smoky Hill UMC in Centennial, Colorado.

JENNIFER MOORE

Jennifer Moore is a missionary with the General Board of Global Ministries of The United Methodist Church serving as a Christian educator with The United Methodist Church in the Republic of Macedonia. She was commissioned in May 2016.

KENNETH KOOME NKANDO

Kenneth Koome Nkando is the mission financial officer in the East Angola Annual Conference in Africa. As financial officer, he is responsible for the delivery of mission funds to The United Methodist Church and its projects in East Angola, the keeping of accurate records, and providing support services to visiting Volunteer-In-Mission teams, church partners, and conference mission agencies. 

Pine Bluffs UMC has been in a covenant relationship for Pastoral Support for 2015,  2016 and will continue in 2017.

Through the partnership of Rocky Mountain and Yellowstone Conferences, a new truck was purchased for Ken! Read how the truck is helping his ministry in East Angola.

DONNA CHAAT PEWO

Donna Chaat Pewo is serving as a Church and Community Worker at the Clinton and El Reno Church and Community Ministry of the Oklahoma Indian Missionary Conference (OIMC).

The Rocky Mountain Conference churches in covenant with Pewo are First UMC Loveland, Colorado, Good Shepherd UMC in Security, Colorado, and St. Luke's UMC in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

ALINA SAUCEDO

Alina Saucedo is serving as advisor on institutional and community development of the Women and Community Association of San Francisco Libre, Nicaragua. The 19-year-old San Francisco Libre ministry prepares women and youth leaders to transform their lives and those of their families and communities.

The Rocky Mountain Conference Board of Global Ministries and Longs Peak UMC are in covenant with Saucedo.

LISA WILLIAMS

Lisa Williams is a missionary with the General Board of Global Ministries of The United Methodist Church serving as volunteer coordinator for the Belize/Honduras District of the Methodist Church in the Caribbean and Americas. She is based in Corozal Town, Belize in Central America, and was commissioned in June 2013.

DR. ALBERT G. WILLICOR

Dr. Albert G. Willicor, missionary through GBGM Global Health, is Chief Medical Officer at Ganta United Methodist Hospital in Ganta, Liberia, Liberia Annual Conference.

The three Rocky Mountain Conference churches in covenant with Dr. Willicor are Littleton UMC, Erie UMC and Thomasville Community UMC.
