Local Pastor Licensing School of the Rockies

This is one element of the requirements for licensure as a Local Pastor. The curriculum covers essentials in these areas:
Certification as a candidate is preferred, but not required, for participation in the Licensing School of the Rockies. Approval of a District Superintendent is required, as is assignment of a clergy mentor by a DCOM or District Superintendent.

- Congregational Care
- Mission, Evangelism, and Church Vitality
Classes are in session 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily with the exception of Sunday, August 7 (students are asked to attend a local UM church that day, and to take a Sabbath day from their studies), and Monday, August 8 which includes evening activities).
