Join Rocky Mountain Conference Young People’s Ministries for Ignite 2016, our annual conference-wide senior high event, from Nov. 4 to 6 at Buckhorn United Methodist Camp and Retreat Center in Bellvue, Colorado.

This year, our theme will be “Uniting the Flame” and we will be focusing on ways that young people can pave the way for our future as the Mountain Sky Area of The United Methodist Church. Keynote sessions led by the Rev. AJ Bush will offer insights into how high school students can engage in ministry with other young people from an area as large and diverse as the Mountain Sky Area and how we as a connectional denomination can have unity in the midst of our diversity. There will also be time for small group discussions with young people from across the conference, local church devotion time, and plenty of fellowship and fun in the high country.

*Registration is now open! Please click here to register today*

This year's registration fees will be the same as last year with normal registration costing $125 per youth and a $25 late fee being applied to anyone registering after Oct. 24. Unlike in years past, the cost of event T-shirts is already built into the event registration fees so everyone who registers will automatically receive one. If you register late it is unlikely that your T-shirts will be ready by the time of the event, so please be sure to get your information in as soon as possible.

Lastly, we don't ever want costs to prevent our young people from being able to participate in conference-wide events. If you have any youth who are interested and are in need of financial assistance in order to attend, please send an email to amillman@rmcumc.com with "Ignite Scholarship" in the subject line and an explanation of the situation.

If you have any further questions, please email youngpeople@rmcumc.com and someone will get back to you!
