Come hear economic justice speaker Tex Sample speak at 7 p.m. Sept. 28 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 9203 S. University Blvd., Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Sample, an author and Robert B. and Kathleen Rogers Professor Emeritus of Church and Society at The Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, will talk about "The Faith-Based Case for Raising the Minimum Wage" and on his new book: A Christian Justice for the Common Good. Admission to this event is free. Sample will also be at a breakfast specifically for faith leaders at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 29 at Temple Emanuel, 51 Grape St. Denver, Colorado.
