Resourcing the Mission of the Rocky Mountain Conference through support of congregational mission.

Our mission is to equip and nurture leaders in congregations so they will be able to identify and carry out Christ’s ministries for mission and discipleship.

We serve professional and volunteer leaders of local United Methodist congregations in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.

Developing Leaders will connect you with skilled trainers and consultants to custom design a training experience or provide consultation at your church.

Networking Churches is a bulletin board for churches seeking to join together to explore an area of ministry development or a leadership training need. Bulletin board entries receive regular responses from the Network Coordinator for development.

Networking Ministry Grants and Loans

Teaching Churches is a bulletin board for churches seeking to share valuable ministries, programs and insights with others. Bulletin board entries receive contact from the Teaching Church Coordinator with instructions.

Connectional Ministries is a listing of teams that are managing conference wide ministries that serve as resources for local churches.
