Ordering
Using either the printed or online
catalog, find the tape(s) you want to rent. Call me (Netta Addor) at
303-733-3736 ext 100 or 800-536-3736 ext 100 or email me at Netta@rmcumc.com.
I will check our reservations to make sure the tape is available and if it is

will reserve it in your name.
Rental Rates
All reservations are made on a church or organization's account with the
renter listed as contact. Videos may be previewed either in the conference
office or via Priority Mail. There is a $6.00 preview charge which
is applied toward your $10 rental fee. Our media center is self-sufficient
which means we do not need apportionment funds. As a result, we charge a
rental fee of $10 for each video used. We believe this fee covers the
costs of the center in the fairest possible manner.
Shipping
Your video will be mailed Priority Mail one week in advance. Along
with the video you will receive a return Priority Mail envelope with postage
paid. Please return the video immediately after your showing. I will also
include an invoice with the tape. Please return a copy of the invoice with
your payment.
Pickup Orders
Orders may be picked up at the center Monday through Friday, 9 am to
4 pm. Please call in your reservation before coming to avoid possible
disappointment and as a courtesy to the librarian. Your order will be
processed and ready at your scheduled pickup time.
Use and Return Policies
The use and prompt return of the video is the sole responsibility of the
renter and the church or organization they represent. Resources must be
returned promptly following the scheduled use date so we can fulfill future
reservations. If there is a need to use the video longer, please contact
the center immediately by phone to be sure that there are no conflicts with
other reservations. Do not allow the video to be "loaned" and
reused for personal viewing by members outside of the the church or organization
beyond the scheduled use date. Misuses of this policy that causes
conflicts in operations of the center will result in additional charges.
When you rent a video you are responsible for payment whether you watch it or not. If, for any reason you are unable to show the video (bad weather, meeting cancellation, etc.) call the center and make arrangements for an extension. Do not assume that because you did not watch it you are not responsible for the video rental payment.
Damage and Loss
Each user will be responsible for proper use of video(s). It is
also the user's responsibility, when returning the video(s), to report any
difficulties experienced during use. Damage or loss of any resources will
be charged to the church or organization responsible.
